If you have signed a Nudge Tags Service Agreement, that document governs your account and overrides these terms wherever the two differ. These terms apply on their own only until you sign one.
Nudge Tags provides hosted review pages, review routing, QR codes and analytics for businesses. We supply the software and, where ordered separately, the physical plaques.
You are responsible for your login details, for anyone you invite to your account, and for the accuracy of the Google listing links you configure. Each location requires its own subscription.
You must not use Nudge Tags to fabricate reviews, to offer incentives in exchange for positive reviews, or in any way that breaches the review policies of Google or any other platform, or the Australian Consumer Law. You choose your own rating threshold and are responsible for that choice; we recommend routing every rating to Google and using the private feedback step for service recovery rather than suppression.
Subscriptions are billed per business, in advance, in Australian dollars. The published tiers are $99, $149, $199 per month and each covers one feature — Google Reviews, Menus, Staff Performance, Staff Attendance — which you choose. Your tier and the features it covers are agreed with you before your account is created and are shown on your billing page. The tier also sets how many locations that price covers — Tier 1 1, Tier 2 3, Tier 3 5 — charged once for the business rather than once per location; running more than 5 is quoted separately. Additional features increase the monthly price; the increase is agreed with you at the same time and each is billed as its own subscription, so one may be monthly while another is yearly, each with its own billing date and its own 20% yearly option. Paying twelve months up front takes 20% off. A one-off setup fee of $50 applies to each order. Physical plaques are quoted separately, are not part of any subscription, and may be bought without one — a plaques-only purchase involves no subscription and no Service Agreement at all. The software is optional and recommended rather than required. Adding a further feature to an existing subscription changes the price from the next billing date; it does not create a new agreement and does not restart a term. Team logins are included at no cost. Prices may change on 30 days’ notice; the price you are on holds until the end of your current period, and an annual term holds for its full twelve months.
The first 30 days of a software subscription carry no Service Agreement and no minimum term, whenever that subscription began. If you have not signed a Service Agreement, you can cancel from the billing page and your pages keep working until the end of the period you have paid for. If you have signed one, its term and early exit fee apply instead — see clause 6 of that agreement. Either way your data is retained for 90 days afterwards in case you come back, and the physical plaques are yours to keep permanently.
We aim for continuous availability but do not warrant uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance is scheduled outside Australian trading hours wherever possible.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability in any twelve month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period. This matches the cap in the Service Agreement, so a customer who has signed one is not left with two different numbers. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law, including guarantees that cannot be excluded.
We may suspend or close an account that breaches clause 3, with notice and a chance to fix it except where the breach is serious or repeated.
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and both parties submit to the courts of that state.
