Tap · rate · review

More five-star reviews. Fewer public surprises.

Nudge Tags gives every venue a review page of its own. Customers who had a good time land on your Google listing in one tap. Customers who didn’t reach you privately first — while you can still fix it.

Below your threshold

★★★☆☆

Private feedback

Goes to your inbox with the detail you need to fix it — not to your public listing.

At or above it

★★★★★

Straight to Google

Handed to your Google listing with the review box open, while they’re still standing there.

How it works

Three steps, ten seconds

Share the link however your customers already meet you — a plaque on the counter, a QR on the receipt, a text after the job.

1

Share your link

Every location gets a short link and a QR code. Put it on a Nudge Tags plaque, a menu, an invoice or a follow-up message.

2

They rate the visit

Your own page opens on their phone. One tap on a star and they’re done — no app, no login, no form.

3

The rating routes itself

At or above your threshold, they land on Google. Below it, they land on a private feedback form that only you read.

Features

Everything a local venue actually needs

No CRM to learn, no integrations to wire up. A link, a page and a dashboard.

One tap, one rating

Put the link on a plaque, a QR code, a receipt or a text. The customer opens it and taps a star — no app, no account, no typing.

Nothing reaches Google by surprise

You choose the rating that goes straight to your listing. Anything under it is asked for private feedback first, so you hear about the problem before the internet does.

Know exactly what works

Scans, unique visitors, rating intent, Google redirects and private feedback — broken down by day and by channel.

Every venue, separately

Each location gets its own page, its own Google listing and its own numbers, all under one login.

The dashboard

Know what’s working, and what needs fixing

Live numbers per location: how many people opened the page, how many rated, how many reached Google — and every private complaint, in one list.

Questions

Before you start

What does Nudge Tags actually do?

It turns a tap or a scan into a Google review. Customers rate you on your own page; the happy ones are handed straight to your Google listing with the review box already open, and anyone below your threshold is asked for private feedback first.

How does the routing work?

You pick a threshold. Ratings at or above it go to Google Maps. Ratings below it open a private feedback form that only you can read. Set the threshold to every rating and everyone goes to Google — you still see the complaint first.

Is filtering low ratings allowed?

Google’s review policies prohibit review gating — selectively soliciting public reviews only from happy customers — and consumer regulators in Australia and the US take the same view. That is why the threshold is yours to set, why “everyone goes to Google” is the recommended setting, why the private-feedback page still offers a public review link by default, and why we say so here rather than in the small print.

What happens to the private feedback?

It lands in your dashboard within seconds and is emailed to you, with the star rating, the message and a contact detail if they left one. Mark it resolved once you’ve dealt with it.

Do I need the physical plaques?

No. Every location gets a link and a downloadable QR code you can print on anything. The plaques are the nice version — a weighted tag on the counter that people actually tap.

Can I run more than one venue?

Yes. Add a location per venue or branch, each with its own Google listing, threshold and analytics. Billing is per location.

What happens when the trial ends?

You get 14 days free without a card. If you don’t choose a plan, your review pages pause — they don’t disappear, and they come straight back the moment you subscribe.
