The star rating they choose, any private feedback message and contact detail they choose to give, the date of the visit, the channel the link came from, and a coarse device type (iOS, Android or other).
To count unique visitors we store a salted, one-way hash of IP address and browser string. The IP address itself is never stored, the hash cannot be reversed, and it changes every midnight — so it can tell us someone came back today, and nothing more.
Your name, email, a hashed password, your business and location details, and — if you subscribe — billing details held by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
We do not sell data, run advertising trackers, or share customer feedback with anyone other than the business it was left for.
Only the processors that run the product: our hosting and database provider, Stripe for payments, and our email provider for transactional messages such as password resets and feedback alerts.
Analytics and feedback are kept while your account is active and for 90 days after it closes, then deleted.
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing hello@nudgetags.com. A customer who left feedback can ask the business, or us, to delete it.
