Everything else a tap can be. Included.
Guest WiFi, your socials, a booking page, a loyalty signup, an event that expires on a date, or any address at all. Others is not one of the four features, is never counted as one, and is never charged for — it is on every plan and every tier.
Fitted in person · 30 days, no commitment · the plaques are yours to keep
What it is
Eight destinations, none of them a feature you paid for
The four paid features are why a business buys. Others is why the plaque stays useful in between. A spare plaque on the counter can be the WiFi page on a Wednesday morning and the event page by Friday night, and we change it from the dashboard while the plaque itself never moves.
Pages built and run on our side
WiFi and the link hub are not redirects to anything. They are pages we host, so there is nothing for you to build, nothing to pay someone else to keep online, and nothing that breaks the next time your website is redesigned.
- WiFi: network name, tap-to-copy password, join QR on the page
- The chip carries no WiFi record — so the password can change any time
- Link hub: up to eight links, each one counted separately
- Open and hidden networks both handled
An address you already have, with the tap counted on the way past
Socials, bookings, loyalty, events, feedback forms and a plain custom URL are redirects. We check the address before it saves, count the tap, and send the phone on. Two limits are worth knowing rather than discovering.
- There is no QR download for an Others plaque — reviews and menus have one
- Changing a plaque from one type to another asks you to confirm, because the plaque on the wall changes behaviour the moment you save
- An event past its end date holds rather than redirecting
- Every tap is still counted by plaque, hour and device
The eight
What a spare plaque can be
One plaque is one destination at a time, and the destination is a setting we change for you. Nothing below needs new hardware, and nothing below needs the plaque to come off the wall.
WiFi
A page we host with the network name, a tap-to-copy password and a join QR on it. Open networks and hidden networks both. The chip carries no WiFi record of its own — the page does the work, which is why you can change the password without touching the plaque.
Social link
Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, YouTube, LinkedIn, or something else entirely. One tap to the profile, on the counter where people are already standing.
Link hub
A page we host with up to eight tappable links on it, and each link counted on its own. The point of counting them separately is that it tells you which one people actually wanted.
Booking
Straight through to whichever booking provider you use. We store the provider’s name for your own reference in the dashboard and nothing else.
Loyalty
The signup page for your loyalty program, put where somebody has just paid and is still standing at the counter.
Event
The thing that is on this month, with an end date if you want one. After that date the plaque shows a holding page rather than sending anyone to something that finished.
Feedback form
Your own form, whoever hosts it. This is a redirect to something you already run, not the private feedback inbox that comes with Google Reviews.
Custom URL
Any http or https address at all, checked before it saves. A job ad, a form, a page somebody built this morning, a link that only matters for a fortnight.
The spare plaque is the one that earns its keep
It costs nothing extra, it can be anything on this page, and it can be something different by the weekend. Come and see where it should go.
